This AI Data Contributor Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“Contributor”, “you”, “your”) and the platform owner and operator (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This Agreement governs your participation in our AI data contribution program and the submission, validation, licensing, sale, and monetization of data contributed through our platform (“Platform”).
By creating an account, accessing the contributor interface, uploading, submitting, or otherwise providing any content or data to the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our applicable policies (including privacy and acceptable use policies) as updated from time to time.
Before you can upload or submit any data, you must complete and verify your contributor profile. Verification may include KYC/identity checks, contact verification (email/phone), and any other checks required under our policies. We may restrict, pause, or reject submissions until verification is completed.
1. Definitions
- Submitted Data means any text, chat, conversation logs, voice/audio, transcripts, annotations, metadata, files, datasets, or other materials you upload or provide.
- AI Verification means automated and/or manual review, including scoring and quality validation using internal systems.
- AI Score means the quality score assigned to Submitted Data based on our validation criteria (e.g., uniqueness, clarity, compliance, usefulness, formatting).
- Rewards means any points, credits, badges, incentives, referrals, or non-cash benefits we offer.
- Cash Payout means monetary compensation payable for Approved Data (defined below), subject to eligibility and verification.
2. Eligibility, Account Registration & Profile Verification
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You represent and warrant that:
- All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, and you will keep it updated.
- You are the rightful owner of Submitted Data or are legally authorized to submit it.
- You will not submit data on behalf of another person or entity without authorization.
- Profile verification is required before any data contribution. We may request documents and additional information to verify identity, ownership, and eligibility.
We may refuse, pause, limit, or terminate participation if verification cannot be completed, if information is inconsistent, or if risk controls require additional checks.
3. Data Ownership, Source, and Rights
You retain ownership of your pre-existing rights in Submitted Data. However, you may only submit data that you own or have the lawful right to share and license. You represent and warrant that Submitted Data does not infringe intellectual property rights and does not violate privacy, confidentiality, or contractual obligations.
4. Prohibited Content & Personal Data Restrictions
You agree not to submit illegal content, personal sensitive information (OTPs, passwords, bank/UPI details), copyrighted material without permission, spam/duplicate data, or any submission intended to manipulate rewards.
5. AI Verification, Quality Standards & Approval
All Submitted Data is subject to AI verification and may receive an AI Score. Only approved and verified data qualifies for payouts/rewards.
6. License Grant & Commercial Use
You grant the Company rights to use and commercialize Submitted Data (including sale/licensing) as described in this Agreement.
7. Compensation, Rewards & Cash Payouts (AI Score-Based)
Rewards and payouts are determined by data type, demand, volume, uniqueness and AI Score thresholds, subject to verification and fraud checks.
Contributor Consent
By registering and submitting data, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement, including profile verification requirements, AI verification/AI Score-based payouts, rewards, and commercialization (including selling/licensing datasets).
