Compared this side-by-side with two competitors. Encoded UTF-8 with no character-set surprises in Excel. Bought it as the seed list for a wawa store locations outbound push in United States. Genuinely useful.
Reasonable value for what we paid. Catchment overlap with our existing CRM was minimal — almost all net-new leads. Acceptable trade-off at this price.
Decent dataset for the price. Hours and GPS were the missing pieces in my last vendor's file — this has both. Minor cleanup needed but nothing major.
